    Policy

    Following the felling of the cedar tree authorised by this consent, a replacement tree shall be planted on the site. The replacement tree shall be the containerised Green Mile Sequoiadendron giganteum tree; Passport No. A. Sequoiadendron; B. 2366; C. 2022; D. UK. The replacement tree shall be planted in the front garden during the first planting season following the felling. The Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 days of the planting of the tree.
