    The materials for the external surfaces of the new extensions hereby approved shall be render to match the main building in colour and finish, and red clay small unit plain tile to match the main building. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority any eaves treatment, gable copings and window dressings (including hoodmoulds) shall match those on the main building in colour, materials, and profile.
