  • Implementation of approved works

    Policy

    {\b Implementation of approved works} The pruning works and soil remediation detailed within arboricultural report (Reference: AWA4434) appendix 5 and arboricultural mitigation report (Reference: AWA5230) shall be undertaken in accordance with the approved plans and particulars. The pruning works shall take place within the next available dormancy period of the trees and the soil remediation works shall take place within the next 3 months, unless as may be specifically agreed in writing with the local planning authority. The local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 working days of completion of the works to the required standard and the completion shall be subsequently approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
