Description | {\b Replacement planting to be agreed} Prior to the felling of the three trees authorised by this consent, a scheme of replacement tree planting shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall comprise the planting of at least eight trees and shall include details of the species of tree to be planted, which shall all be large, parkland species; a nursery stock specification, which shall be of minimum Heavy Standard size in accordance with the BS 3936-1: 1992 Nursery stock — Part 1: Specification for trees and shrubs; a specification for planting and maintenance in accordance with BS 8545:2014 Trees: from nursery to independence in the landscape - Recommendations; a sketch plan showing the planting locations, which shall include at least two trees planted within the car park islands; and a timescale of implementation, which shall be no later than the first planting season after the date of felling unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing with the local planning authority. Thereafter, the replacement tree planting scheme shall be implemented in full accordance with the approved details and the Local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 days of the planting of the tree to check compliance. | Facts |
