Description {\b Replacement tree planting required} Following the felling of the two Horse Chestnut trees (T1 and T2) authorised by this consent, two replacement trees shall be planted on the site. The replacement trees shall be either Tilia cordata 'Streetwise' or Pyrus calleryana 'Chanticleer', unless as may be specifically approved otherwise by the Local Planning Authority, and of minimum 'Heavy Standard' size in accordance with BS 3936-1:1992 Nursery stock — Part 1: Specification for trees and shrubs.
