Description No development or other operations shall commence on site in connection with the development hereby approved until a detailed Arboricultural Method Statement that complies with British Standard 5837: 2012 Trees in Relation to Design, Demolition and Construction - Recommendations has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, no development or other operations shall take place except in complete accordance with the approved Method Statement. The Method Statement shall include full details of: o Installation of the tree protection scheme o the working methods to be employed to protect the root systems of retained trees during the installation of utility services and any additional service runs, o preparatory works for the new tree planting within and/or adjacent to the root protection areas of retained trees. o Siting of materials storage areas, vehicle/equipment parking and site cabins Facts
