Description | Prior to commencement of the development, an acoustic survey of the application site, including an approved method statement for the survey, shall be undertaken in order to provide a scheme of sound insulation works between the development and all adjoining residential uses to ensure that there is reasonable resistance to airborne and impact sound, and to be capable of ensuring no higher than Noise Rating Curve NR25 (0700 to 2300 hours) is achieved in all residential rooms due to noise from the development. Before the scheme of sound insulation works is installed, the scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. | Facts |
