Description | Prior to the commencement of the development hereby granted a scheme for remedial works to address the damage that has occurred to the trees at the site and ground disturbance, ground compaction and ground level changes within the RPAs of trees T2, T4, G12, T13, T15, T16, T18, T20, G22, T23, T24, G25, T26, T27 and T28 that may limit the trees' long term prospects shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This scheme is to be compiled by a competent and suitable qualified arboriculturalist following the guidance within BS3998:2010 Tree works Recommendations section 8 Treatment of wounds and other injuries. Thereafter, the remedial works scheme shall be implemented on site in accordance with the approved details before any equipment, machinery or materials have been brought on to site for the purposes of the development and the local planning authority notified of completion of the remedial works in order to approve its completion on site and approve the commandment of the construction phase of the development and the implementation of the tree protection scheme. | Facts |
