Value	All deliveries for the lifetime of the development must be carried out in accordance with the following mitigation requirements as set out in the Delivery Management Plan (recieved: 14/2/2023): - No reversing bleepers outside of the store opening hours; - No use of refrigeration units whilst in the site; - Vehicle engines not left running whilst stationary; - All unloading to take place internally within the building whereby the vehicles reverse up to a level dock and goods are wheeled directly into the warehouse area. The Delivery Management Plan shall not be amended without prior written approval from the Local Planning Authority,
