The roof tiles to be used to clad the roof of the extension hereby permitted shall match those on the main building. Prior to the commencement of the relevant site works, details or samples of the facing bricks to be used in the construction of the external walls of the extension hereby approved and details of the coursing and bonding of the brickwork in relation to the host building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
