Prior to the implementation of the first-floor alterations a timetable for the alteration of the roof of the bathroom from flat roof to pitched roof and replacement of the concrete tiles (if these are not undertaken at the same time) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any new tile to the roofs of the listed building shall be non-interlocking red clay pantiles and verges to the bathroom gable and dormer gable shall be mortared verges and not modern upvc dried verges.
