The replacement trees shall be either Tilia cordata, Prunus avium or Sorbus torminalis, unless as may be specifically approved otherwise by the Local Planning Authority, and of minimum 'Heavy Standard' size in accordance with BS 3936-1:1992 Nursery stock — Part 1: Specification for trees and shrubs.
