The local Planning Authority shall be notified in writing within 7 working days of completion of the landscape works to the required standard and the completion shall be subsequently approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be maintained for a minimum of five years in accordance with BS 8545:2014 Trees: from nursery to independence in the landscape - Recommendations.
